Olivia people in South
Africa, though I've known a few of asssorted ages.
I like
Olivia very much. Twelfth Night is one of my favourite plays, which helps. I also had a distant relative, born in the very early 1900s, whose name was
Olivia; this showed considerable originality on the part of her parents, but she was always known as
Olive, nn
Ollie, which I don't enjoy at all. I think she missed a wonderful opportunity to be really distinctive.
