I agree with the "freshness" our name has now vs in the 90s. I think it'd be quite nice to meet a baby Jessica in 2020.
I would rather have a few small speed bumps slow me down,

Ehhhh, I disagree and I just have to say so. I don't see how a name can sound fresh on a baby or small child when there are still a great many women in the prime of life walking around bearing the name. Even when the women are no longer in the prime of life. Freshness doesn't happen until all of those women have gone to The Great Beyond, IMO.
