What about Megaera?

I grew up with a Meg, just Meg. She had an older sibling names Carly and Drew. Her name was Meg Elizabeth.

Meg is more of a nickname more than a full name to me. I like both Megan and Margaret. Megan Alexandra or Margaret Alice would work well with the names that you listed.

It's a sweet nickname, but I can't fathom it being used as a first name.
