Stupid, tacky and wordy, just what I expected from them. Such an ugly name for a person and her name, Chicago West, sounds like a direction to give someone!! "I'll meet you at Chicago West at 7pm"! And her nn Chi, no matter what they say, it's clearly not obviously pronounced "shy"! It's "chee" and the nn shy doesn't make sense anyway, just another ridiculous factor imo.

To be fair, anyone from or even familiar with the city will know that Chi is pronounced shy.

Chi-Town is a nickname for Chicago, and it is pronounced like Shy-Town.

"Chee" makes less sense than "Shy" if you know her full name is Chicago.
