It's a bit dated now. I've never really been a fan of it on either gender. It just seems a bit insubstantial.

I don't know what Theodora'sMommy means. It will probably be dated someday, especially for a girl, dated to now (peaked in 2014). But it's not dated now; it's current.
I tried to look up her location on her profile, but she didn't say. I'll bet she's not in the States, though.
I just meant I've noticed the trends on naming boards over the years. Interest in it spiked about 10-15 years ago and has now dropped off sharply. I used to see it on all the same lists as names like Kelsey, Madison, Kennedy, etc. You're more likely to see it on a middleschooler or highschooler than a baby. And since it was a surge and a dropoff instead of a steady popularity, it's dated.
