I quite like Clove, but I'd have gone with Clover myself

There's no real flow but I like the names individually.

I like Clove as a first name.

While it's not a name I would use myself, I don't hate it. In a whimsical, hippy kind of way it's quite nice. My only problem with it is that all three names sound like whimsical hippy BOY names.

I kind of like Zephyr, in a GP kinda way... but both Zephyr and Wisdom sound more masculine to me. And personally, I think it's rare for more than one word name in a combo to sound good.

I prefer Clover to Clove.

That's really bad. It makes me think of some overpowering bathroom deodorizer spray that leaves a greasy film over all the mirrors and fixtures and markets itself as a "fresh spicy fragrance."
