It looks really misspelled to me. It is derived from Honora/Eleanor so I don't see where the H comes from. Nora is cute and old fashioned but there is something almost a bit trendy about Norah. It is like Khloe or something like that to me. It works with Patience as Nora. If you prefer uncommon names you might want to use a longer version that she can fall back on, I see Nora/Norah getting crazy common.
