I've only ever heard of British or Australian Ruperts, so it seems a bit exotic to me.
The 'rupe' sound reminds me of 'dupe', and the 'pert' sound stands out to me as well (it's an English word meaning something like 'jaunty').
Overall, I like it for other people (more than I like Robert) even though it's nms, so I'll rate it 6/10.
