I like it on paper but IRL I would never name a boy that. It's too lispy. Other Th names aren't - Thaddeus, Theron, Thor - but Thane and Theodore sound lispy to me. I also agree that it seems to aim for a noble character and comes off ... not the opposite, but more streety. That's not a bad thing in my book, but it is a thing.
