Re: Wren
It's a nice name and all, but it really isn't my style. It's too soft and it doesn't make much of an impact; if I heard it IRL, I wouldn't bat an eye. It's nice . :P* Volleyballs in formaldehyde tend to leave me cold. *

Sometimes I search names I like on Facebook to see how commonly they are used and where in the world people use them. I searched for Wren earlier and it turns out I do kind of know one! I had a few classes with her in undergrad and we have some mutual friends, I just never knew her name was Wren lol. It was charming to see on someone I would've expected to be named Megan or Carly or whatevs. :)

I get that, but I think BtN has kind of ruined some names for me. If I met a Wren or an Eleanor or a Josephine IRL, my reaction would be, "Eh. It's a pretty name, I guess." I don't know if anyone else feels this way, or if it's just me. :P

I totally get that! I find I'm especially less impressed about baby name announcements for sure.
