It's charmingly ugly. A rare case of a name that I think sounds ugly but I still like. Very rare, the only other one is Gretchen.

Lovely. A stunning blend of elegance and cheerfulness. Not Brigitte, though (or not in English), and certainly not awful hybrids like Bridgette!

I really like the name! It's one of those names that everyone has heard of but not everyone has met someone named Bridget. It seems like a good name for a girl/woman who is strong, sweet, and smart.

I love Bridget. It's been in my top 3 since forever. It ticks a lot of my boxes: clearly feminine without being frilly, long history, clear pronunciation, cute nicknames.

I like Bridget. When I was little it was always considered a "cool" name to me, like Jessica or Kaitlyn. Now I appreciate it in a different way, and I particularly enjoy Brigid. I heard a birth announcement recently for Claire Brigid which I thought was fantastic.

I like it. I used to think it sounded too 90s, but in the last few years it feels more classic to me, but it's upbeat which I like. And totally adorable nickname options!

I think it's really unattractive! It has such a heavy, sticky sound and it seems very dated to me.Bridie could be a lovely nickname, but it's a little contrived, I think.
