I'm not entirely sure Mecca is used as a name; among Muslims, I think it would be considered blasphemous because Mecca is such a holy place. Medina is used, and Haji (the word for "pilgrim", usually added after one has performed the hajj TO Mecca) is used, but not Mecca.
But all that notwithstanding, if it were a name, I'd say...hmm. All the Arabic names I like with it make it look so cartoony-Arabic, you know? Like Mecca Amira, Mecca Alia, Mecca Isra, Mecca Izdihar, Mecca Ibtisam, Mecca Fairuz... Mecca Janan? Mecca Maryam? Mecca Zulekha? Mecca Zeynab? Mecca Qamar? Mecca Tabassum? Mecca Tasnim?
Nothing looks right to me (I think Mecca is too "wordy" for me), but maybe you will like some!

I honestly don't know. I keep wanting to say Marie, but I don't think that's right.
For a girl?
