I once knew a January and it worked quite well. She was blonde and blue-eyed and sometimes reminded me of a ski bunny, so it fit perfectly.I think it's better than the more popular April, May, June, & August.

If you like these kinds of names visit my post called Flowers & Seasons. I translated names from those categories into three different languages. January in French is - Janvier, in Russian - Yanvar, and in Spanish - Enero. I have other Months/Plants/Sesons translated at the link below.http://behindthename.com/bb/arcview.php?id=430282&board=babyEnjoy!!~Arie~

Sorry, not a fan. However- I do believe that if it's something you really like and it's not too crazy you should go for it

Not a big fan of naming kids after months of the year. Not a big fan. Sorry.

I don't like it.I don't like it. But then again I don't like any of the months/names like April, May, June and there was some girl on the board named Sember-Dee because she was born in December. I don't like any of them.

prettyIt's okay. Isn't there an actress named January? Personally I don't like the nn - Jan. And it'd be a bit tedious to not have a nn for January... it's definitely unique.Pretty, though.-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+"Chan eil tuil air nach tig traoghadh"
