Are Dž and Đ pronounced the same way?I love Dalia, Daria, Elena, Elizabeta, Emily, and Eva. Eli was surprising...is it a legit girls' name in Croatia?

there's a slight difference, but yes, dž and đ are both pronounced like j in English. I haven't seen Eli before, but it would be a phonetic spelling of Ellie here.
