I think it would be fine for a pet or fictional character, but I wouldn't use it as a first name for a person. It would work as a middle name, though. As a first name, it's a bit much, but I have met people named Lovely and Clearblue, and I don't recall them having many problems. I guess it all depends on where you live and how tolerant people around you are of such things.
