Woah, I would love to meet a little Josèphe Estelle ^_^
I like;
Sylvia Victoire
Jean Baptiste *but he does need a "middle" name.
Ferdinand Arthur
Simon Rex
They're OK (I don't like or dislike);
Philomena Fern
Dora Lavinia
Casper Stanislas
Elvis *something about Larry doesn't sit well with me =/
I'm not yet sure how I feel about;
Penny... no Penelope?

Isn't Josèphe Estelle simply gorgeous?! I thought of that one last night and I am just head over heels! They are two names I found in my family tree, some great-great grandsomething-or-others.
You are right, Jean Baptiste does need a middle name. I'm just not sure on that one. I don't want to pair it with any of my usual choices, and excavating new names takes time. I like the rather insubstantial Jean Baptiste Rudy because it is so fun, but should it be Jean Baptiste Rudolph?
I do prefer just Penny over Penelope. I'd kind of like a "full" name for Penny, but kind of not. For one thing there are not many options, and for another there is something simple and quaint and kind of dark about just-Penny that has me currently hypnotized. I just need to find a good middle name to bring out that sense of unease and secrecy that I get from Penny (as opposed to highlighting its propensity to be rather air-headed).
Haha, Elvis Larry was a Name Genie combo, I just adore it, it is so silly and joyfully self-unaware.

I love quirky and kind of ugly/so wrong they are right combos. I prefer Jean Baptiste Rudy as a combo, because of how fun it is. And I prefer Penny over Penelope too. ( I think you are dead-on about the qualities of Penny, it's so perfect as a full name, because it's so wrong!)
And let me say, I think Elvis Larry is absolutely adorable. I imagine a really fun but sweet grandpa, makes my heart flutter to think of it on a little boy!
