It's pretty enough, but I'd only use it if there was an Elizabeth / Eliza and a Belle / Bella I wanted to honour. And even then I'd be more inclined to use Elizabelle as a mn, or Elizabeth Belle or Eliza Belle as a fn/mn combo. Elizabelle just looks smushed together and... not very good, sorry.
I will say that I think Elizabelle sounds a lot classier than, for example, Elizalyn/Elizalynn/Elizalynne or Elizalee/Elizaleigh/Elizaley to me.
