Jelena

I'd go with Yelena because I can picture Jelena being pronounced at least three different ways. It reminds me of a family I knew growing up. The parents were John and Judith and they named their children Julia, John IV, Joseph and Helena. They had planned to name Helena Jelena at first then thought better of it.
That reminds me of a funny story. Back in high school, my friend had a yellow bong (I no longer partake) which we named Jelene (pronounced yell-EE-na), lol, and anytime her boyfriend needed to use it, he would say "Can I please use that bong," and she would say "I don't know what you're talking about." He'd say "Your bong, please." She'd say "whatever." Then he'd say "can I please see ja-LEEN," to get on her nerves. She'd say "I don't know no ja-LEEN!" But finally he'd relent, and defeatedly would say "....can I please see ya-LEE-na." lol. Random.
