They don't seem very French to me. Maelee and Maelynn seem to be following an American trend (ending in ly or lynn). Valeriana looks Slavic. Adalicia reminds me of Adaliza, which is in my family tree and from the Middle Ages. Tilda reminds me of the actress Tilda Swinton.
