A friend of mine and her husband were debating the whole Miley Cyrus thing when they wanted to honor their third child (and last) with her maiden name, Myles. They were planning to use Myles for a boy and were hesitant about using Miley for a girl. They kept their fingers crossed for a boy lol but the ultrasound showed team pink. Drat! Miley Faith it was and they decided that they, and everyone else, would just have to get over the fact their daughter's name would forever be associated with the teenie-bop queen. They are good defenders, though, and they have a legit explanation to back up their decision.

Like my friends, if the name had superb meaning to us then I would use it and gladly defend it.
