1. I'm not too crazy about it, but there are only a few R names I really like. I like Tegan a lot though, which is similar.
2. Probably a girl.
3. I switch back and forth (even with Tegan, I switch between Tay-gsn and Tee-gan). So, if someone came up and said "This is my son/daughter, Regan", I would have probably no problem using what ever prn they used.
4. I like Regan Frances, Regan Victoria, Isobel Regan, Elisabeth Regan, Regan Jasper, and Julius Regan.
