I don't think Moses or Isidore is popular among Jews today. I live in a very Jewish populated area and haven't met one of either. I have met a Moshe/Moishe (not sure on the spelling) though, he's Hasidic and is around 4 or 5 now.

Samuel (big one)
David (big one)
Rafael / Raphael (+any angel name)
Isaac
Noah (big one)
Aaron
Seth (big one)
Allan
It's hard because a lot of the Jews I know are Hasidic and have more uncommon names so I'm tempted to say names like Yoav and Dovid. Basically just look at the old Testament and pick out names.
