Hmmm, I got the "old-fashioned" apropos Clemency from the comments section ;-) And Clelia is considered "old" where I live; everyone rather goes with Celia nowadays (not that Clelia ever was super common but you know...)
I like Clemency for its sound and its meaning. Actually, I never thought about it all that much until I found Clémencie on this site about old Quebecois names; I'm not sure, though, how I feel about Clémencie itself. (I like Clement, too, by the way).
I love the second -l in Clelia. Too me, this name is a feminine as Celia but less smooth and sweet (what's the opposite of that? Salty? Edgy? ;-)), less "girly" and I really like that right now.
