Re: Chloe, Chloë or Chloé?

Hey! I'm leaning towards no accent but they add a more unusual element to it, that's all.
I've hated my name my whole life so I've toyed with the idea of changing it since i was about 5. hah.
What was your name before the change?

My name was Kristina before I changed it. I still kept it, bumped it to the middle :)
One more caveat to you - I picked Chloe without knowing that it was one of the top ten names in my country. Now I meet little Chloes every other day, and the name is being subjected to the fate of all other extremely popular names: called shallow, trashy, flaky, boring etc. I'm not sure if that figures in to your consideration. Some people love having a popular name - make sure you are one of those :)

I've considered that... and as much as I am a fan of original names, it's the only name that seems to really 'fit', and given that there aren't too many Chloe's my own age I think that I'm okay with the popularity.
