While I think that is great to be unique, they will never be immediately recognized as either male or female by name. If they are, most assumptions will go toward girl (not that it is a bad thing, but not their reality).
It will be a pain and, while cute now, by the time they are 10 - the novelty will have worn off and they'll be irritated. We already operate in a written and oral society where assumptions are made....they will constantly have to deal with this throughout their life.
Cute, but not good naming choices.
