Celebrity baby (ETA)
It’s a girl for Twilight star Cam Gigandet and girlfriend Dominique Geisendorff!
Baby’s name is Everleigh Ray Gigandet. They spelled it with the Leigh in honor of Cam’s acting coach Leigh Kelton Smith and the Ray is after his dad. According to Dominique’s blog, Cam didn’t like Jay (his dad’s name) for a girl, so he chose Ray instead.Do you think Everly / Everleigh / Everley is going to be the next big thing now that two celebrities have used it (Antony Keidis’ son is Everly Bear)?
Boston Bruin Zdeno Chara (he's from Slovakia) and wife Tatiana welcomed daughter Elliz Victoria Chara on Monday, April 27th.

Elliz Victoria Chárová is nice combination. I prefer Eliška, though. But when they liked Elliz, so why not!?!By the way its Chára, not Chara.Everleigh is horrible. Poor girl. It´s much combination.

Ray sounds too bummy for my tastes, but Everleigh!? Ick! I'll pass on that one.

What is Elliz? Is that Slovak or is it made up? Everleigh looks and sounds so trendy.I LOVE the name Zdeno, though. :-D

I heard that they just spelled the Slovak pronunciation of Elise.

Slovak form is Eliška. Maybe, it´s from Eliska.Zdeno is short name for Zdenek.

Everleigh is terrible. Everly would be bad enough, but Everleigh is much, much worse. I hope and pray it doesn't become a fad, because I despise this name.

I really like Everley...it is a major GP of mine for a girl. I was only thinking how much I liked it the other day when I read about Anthony Keidis's son. I hate the spelling Everleigh though. I also really hate the name Ray but if it has some significance to them, then whatever.

Ewwww. Everleigh is so trendy that it hurts. I guess at least it's honouring for something, but that doesn't make me like it more. I hate Ray too.

I like Everly for a girl. Everleigh doesn't look nice to me. I think it would have been enough to honor him by using Everly, as the -lee sound is included in the name and they already named the baby Everly and not Leigh so its not 100 percent honoring anyway and they could have just kept the original spelling.I think Everly could become trendy for a girl as its similar to Emily and Eva/Ava. Not for a boy, though.
