Probably Nina because...

...Nena simply reminds me of the German singer, plus I find that the spelling Nena looks like a "pseudo-kreatyve" spelling of Nina in English-speaking countries, and according to btn it actually IS while I've always thought it is a German nickname of Verena or similar-sounding names. Well - the fact that it is an English variant of Nina is just one more reason to say: if any, use Nina. I dislike both names, both in German and English. They sound meaningless and boring to me.As a combo, I would like
Nina Elaine -> Is OK, why not? I'm not too fond of Elaine, though. And the combo is not very... interesting.
Nina Beth -> I LOVE Beth, but Nina Beth just sounds stupid. I don't like that both names only have 4 letters, too, in this case. Sometimes it's nice, here it's not, imo.
Nina Elise -> Is kind of nice, it LOOKS nice.
