I once read a book with a character (an elderly woman) named Dove. I thought it was so beautiful, soft, romantic and poetic, but yet still down to earth. I like nature-based names, and I always wondered why Dove was not more popular. The nickname "Dovie" is adorable. It's one of my GP's for sure. I know people would have trouble getting over the Soap (and apparently chocolate) connections.
