I prefer jor-JAN-uh most, but jor-gi-ann-uh is definitely better, imho, than jor-JAY-na. For some reason I find the four syllable pronunciation a bit awkward.
Georgiana is quite lovely. I love the nn Gigi.
Love it. So classy, classic and pretty.
:)

I think it's very pretty. I pronounce it George-jane-ah (kind of). A bit long but very pretty. Much better than Georgina. I love Georgia as well.
I love Georgiana! I'm slightly biased, though, as it is my aunts name, and my son is named in part after her. In general I love feminized forms of classic male names, Georgiana is my favourite female form of George.
Just out curiousity, how are you pronouncing it? We've always said Jor-jan-uh, but I've heard it said several other ways.

DH hates the jor-JAY-na, so maybe he'd like jor-jan-ah.
That's very cool, being related to a famous Duchess! One of my friends is related to a Count Vladimir, which I thought was interesting.
I think Georgiana is a pretty, very regal sounding name. I would like to see it used more.

I like it a lot now that I've heard how to pronounce it. I saw Keira Knightley on the Today Show, and they were pronouncing it jor-JAY-na. To look at it, I'd think there was another syllable in there. But I think it's quite pretty. I think I like it better than Georgina or Georgia even.
Love it...gorgeous......*
Definitely the best variation of Georgia/Georgina/Georgie/Georgiana IMO.
Georgiana has the most elegant spelling and just sounds more beautiful than the others.

It's beautiful, but I prefer Georgina - less pretentious.
