All three?
in reply to a message by mpj
That's a hard choice!I'm going to let this rest on hair color, ok? Because I'm weird that way. If the baby is going to be a redhead, name him Benjamin. If he's going to be blond, name him William. If he's going to have brown hair, name him Daniel. Is that completely strange? I've just always loved the idea of a cute little curly redheaded baby Benjamin, and the other two fell into place after I thought of that :POf course Benjamin is a great name for any color hair, too.

It's not too strange but....The problem is that a newborn's hair usually changes color when the baby is older. My daughter had very dark hair when she was born, it gradually became lighter and lighter until by the time she was two it was blonde, stayed blonde until she was about seven, started becoming darker, and is now brown (naturally--although she always colors it), but still not as dark as when she was born. I think you could easily name your little brunette Daniel and have him turn out a blond.

Exactly.I told X that if a child is born with dark hair he/she will most likely turn into a blonde. I was born with black hair and I'm a blonde, my brothers with light hair and they're brunettes.

My hair was the same wayWhen I was born my hair was almost black and by the time I was two it was almost platinum blonde! It started getting darker when I was about 15 and the last time I got it cut (a few months ago), I got all the remaining blonde cut out. So now my hair is light brown.About the names though, I like Benjamin the best :P

I know :)My step brother had the most vivid, tomato red hair I've ever seen in my life when he was a baby. Now he's a sandy blond, and he'll probably turn more brownish when he's older (he's only 16 right now). But if, say, two parents are redheads, and the baby is born redheaded, it's probably going to stay that way. (*cough* yes I know the redhead gene is very strong, and blond and brunette babies tend to change a lot as they grown.)

I was exactly the same! (hair-wise) :DI prefer Benjamin, but all three are nice.
