I love Julia and Julie. I love Anne and Anna, but Julianna looks horrible and sounds pretentious, not to mention smushed together.
Wouldn't Juliana and Julianna be said differently anyway? Juliana is juli-AH-na, while Julianna is julie-anna.
If I had to choose one then I'd go for Juliana, as it has more cultural history and namesakes.
ETA: I apologise. I just looked Julianna up, it isn't just a smushing (even though it looks like it is) and has more history and background than I thought it did. Apologies.
