I agree with Murasaki, accents aren't there for decoration, they change the pronunciation of a name or word. Chloe without the accent is pronounced CLO-ee, and Chloe with an accent is KLO-ay. You can't blame people for assuming your name is pronounced KLO-ay if it has an accent. If I saw Chloe with an accent I would assume it's KLO-ay.On a lighter note, I think Chloe (CLO-ee) is a very pretty name. I used to have a very good friend named Chloe Cheyenne.
