Blythe Ruth is a bit of a mouthful, and I think of Blythe as a last name, like Gilbert Blythe in Anne of Green Gables.

I like Carissa best, lovely name. Yes, Blythe Ruth sounds strange (sorry, they're both great names, just not together) and I prefer Zara.

I prefer Carissa out of Carissa, Caressa, and Caresse. Caressa and Caresse remind me of the lotion. Carissa, Blythe, and Zahra are all beautiful names. Blythe Ruth doesn't seem to flow all that well. I like Zara the best (with this spelling).

1. Caressa :) Carissa is too 80's but Caressa seems a bit more exotic, Caresse sounds dodgy
2. Blythe Ruth for me is difficult to say but it is still pretty
3. I prefer Zahrah actually, again it's more exotic than Zara but Zahra without the end-h looks a bit chopped
