Everything you said is true.
And as a note: at my school there are two Princess's, two Precious's, and one Essence, so I can verify the black preference for those three names. Also, Kiara (and its varients which includes Kiyara) and Keyandria (Keyunda, Keondra, Keondria) are popular too. However, Sincere is new to me.
