Can't say I've ever seen it before. Not sure if it's a legit name somewhere or just Dusk + a. :-/ Don't really care for it, and being a nurse it makes me think of "dusky" which is not a good thing. :b
(If someone looks "dusky", they are likely not getting enough oxygen.)
