Ugh, yes I hate when parents do that. It's like having twins and naming them Michael and Michaela.

Actually, my mom knew twins named Michael and Michelle when she was growing up...

ETA: And twins named John and Joan... *rolls eyes*

Michael and Michelle
Peg and Pat (I'm assuming Patrick)
