Well, I think double names with -Kate are really cute, even though I usually dislike double names. I think Lily-Kate, Anna-Kate or Nia-Kate (I know this doesn't fit your "needs", but I just love it, as a nn for Nydia Catherine!) are lovely names, but I also don't see them ageing very well.

And, that being said, if you ask me "Carys or Anna-Kate?", I'll just say Carys without a doubt! Carys is just great, imo! And I think it goes nicely with Lola, much better than with Anna-Kate, since both Carys and Lola are so spunky and fresh!!
