Actually, none of those. Amelia is Amèlia in Catalan, and it's pronunced uh-MEH-lih-uh, or something similar. I much prefer the Catalan pronunciation, I love it.
I'd pronunce Emilia the way you pronunce Amelia, and that's a rather old-ladyish name here.
