Even though the pronounciation is different, they look too similar, and they are essentially the same name. I think it's too corny. Personally, I'm annoyed by the idea of giving twins coordinated names. I don't think you should name twins anything you wouldn't name non-twin siblings.

Griddle cakes, pancakes, hotcakes, flapjacks; why are there four names for grilled batter, and only one word for love?
