Tiernay (usually spelled Tierney) is TEER-nee. Aisake, I haven't the faintest idea. You'd have to give us an idea of where it's from.
I don't like either one. Aisake reminds me of rice wine (sake). Tiernay sounds like "tyranny"--there's a pleasant association for a child. He'll never leave the terrible twos behind. :-/
