I love Cecilia, Cecile, Celia and Cecily, too. Especially Celia and Cecily.But I just thought I'd point out that Celia, despite its similarity in sound to Cecilia, is not a variant. Both Celia (and Celeste) derive from a different root than Cecil / Cecilia / Cecily, meaning blind. Celia and Celeste are from a Latin word meaning celestial / heavenly.
