You're talking to someone who made a conscious choice to be called by both her first and middle name, making her an Amy Rae. Hickish doesn't worry me in the slightest. :)
I think Indigo would be fine on a boy--it just wouldn't feel quite right to me if I myself used it on a boy, you know?

Yeah, I guess it wouldn't be a good idea to name a boy a purple-ish color, ha. Don't get me wrong, it's very pretty on a girl, but I guess I'm biased since I read that book =]
