Re: Sib Set
The names given in the paper were the names given by hospital staff. The children will have been adopted by now and their names likely changed. They revealed what they did out of serious concern for the birth family and particularly the mother as very few children get abandoned like that in Britain now let alone abandoning three babies. It is hoped that someone might remember a woman who has been pregnant a few times but never had a baby to show at the end.Don’t take criticism from someone you wouldn’t take advice from

Hmm - no doubt they were adopted as soon as possible after being found. Because wouldn't they have tried to keep siblings together, if they'd known at the time that these were full sibs? So often, adopted children try to find out their own original history, and few if any histories can be anything like this. DNA samples ... are they routinely taken in adoption cases? I suppose they must be.
Their DNA was taken because they were abandoned, to try to identify them. There’s plans in place to ensure that the three children have a relationship as they grow up.
It's good to know that - thank you!
