I'd prefer just Clio, which is lovely.
I tried to like Clíodhna (this looks better to me) but I just can't really get myself to love it.
If it is pronounced CLEE-na anywhere near you I'd avoid it as it sounds so much like "cleaner".
(I am sorry, it also reminds me of "clitoris" and I can't even say why because just Clio doesn't).
I am rooting for just Clio which is a lovely Greek name paired with a lovely Irish middle name.
Or Fiona (I know it is Scottish but I love it too).
