I prefer Dmitri but Demetrius is okay especially if you want to acknowledge your Greek ancestry.
I do not like the nickname Meech. I knew a Dmitri and he went by the full version.
My absolute favorite form of the name is Dmytro but pronunciation would be an issue here in the USA.
