I also use Think Baby Names and Nameberry for searching specific name elements. For think baby names it's pretty straight forward it automatically gives you suggestions based on portions of names but for nameberry you go to the advanced search engine and arrange the search to your particular specifications, but it's definitely not difficult just insert the portion you want looked up in the -ending bar and click female names.

You can search by syllable so I just tried ola, and a nice list popped up.
