Really? For me it’s the complete opposite. I find it fairly unisex but it just looks kinda awkward on a girl for me. Maybe it’s because on the -von ending. I would probably do Sevan if I wanted something similar to that.
I had a friend named Devin who was a female in my childhood days. I met 2 boy Devins before. I still find it more masculine even though the first Devin I met was a girl.

I've only met one Devon and she was a gal. I didn't like the name before that... she made me like it.
I've only seen Devin on guys and it's very guy, probably because it reminds me of Kevin and Gavin.
