I agree with Anneza, Bellatrix is too associated with the villainness, and I think she is very effectively designed to be loathsome. So, not usable imo.

Isabella is a really nice name. I prefer Isabel, though - ella is nms
Bella is sweet. I have no problem with it. Not a favorite of mine though, I like Della a bit more
