It's okay. I find it a bit dated and trendy sounding.
It was never popular but fits in with names popular in the 70s-90s:
Kayla,
Shannon,
Kendra,
Hayley,
Kaylee.
It also looks trendy.
I prefer just
Shea (pr. SHAY) because it looks more elegant.
