I actually like Lindsay, as a feminine name. Sure, this spelling is likely forever tied to Lohan, but it's the most attractive one to my eyes (Lindsey is... missing something, idk). I remember in high school I tried to make "Lynsea" a thing... oh, the cringe...
Linzi has always looked to me like someone tried adapting Lindsay / Lindsey to an Eastern / Southern European country. Like, if I met a Slovenian named Linzi I wouldn't think anything of it; but with an English / Irish / etc. last name it's terrible.
